Terrible experience calling on them for plumbing. If you have a plumbing issue just save your money. They charge $98 an hour and bring out two people but will take so long for a simple job that you will end up paying just as much as anywhere else. Maybe they're better at Hvac.

Older furnace, needs a special tech who has rebuilt it before to service it. Lucky to have a person to do the work!

I have used this plumbing company for almost 7 years. They are one of the most honest and reasonably priced plumbing shop in the entire city of Albuquerque and I won’t say that lightly about any business in Albuquerque! Everyone at this business is so pleasant to work with from Rhonda or Shelly, who answer the phone to Dereck, who comes to do the work.

No one would help me, Amazon was going to take 4 days for an a/c unit capacitor. Best service ever. I walked in the door and she had it ready for me.

I called Academy asking for a part for my furnace. I was directed to a service rep who asked a few questions and made a couple of suggestions, before selling me a part that can't be returned. I found and fixed the problem quickly. So grateful to save a few bucks! Thanks for the courteous, free help!! I'll remember that when I can't fix it myself.

These people were amazing. They replaced my 84 year old fathers refrigerated air system. They were kind, patient and very attentive. So many services and construction companies are so unreliable these days. It was refreshing to see a company that was right on with everything.
